No! We have no minimum order requirements. You can order a single premium custom pullover hoodie or a full bulk batch for your entire team.

Standard production and digitizing take 3–5 business days, plus shipping transit time. We will email you a tracking link as soon as your items leave our shop.

Because custom items are permanently stitched with your unique artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the garment is physically defective or we made a mistake in production. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

To keep your custom stitching sharp, vibrant, and wrinkle-free for years to come, we recommend following these care steps:
Turn the garment inside out before washing to shield the embroidery threads from friction.
Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle using cold water. Hot water can shrink the fabric and cause the embroidery design to pucker.
Use a mild detergent and never use chlorine bleach, which can strip the color from the threads.
Additionally, Avoid washing with heavy items like jeans or clothing with open zippers that could snag the loops.
Air-dry by hanging or laying flat. Avoid hot dryer cycles which distort the thread layout.
If ironing is needed, never place a hot iron directly onto the embroidery threads. Turn the garment inside out and iron lightly from the back, or place a thin cloth over the front design.
