Because every item is uniquely customized to order, all decorated apparel is considered final sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and approve the final design, placement, and garment specifications, as we cannot accept returns based on general preference or expectation differences.

Please email tedsembroidery@gmail.com.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can work with you on a resolution.
